It is arguably the most healthy grain on the market and is higher in almost every nutrient category when compared to regular wheat.

 

Arguably the best part about einkorn is that it is very versatile. It can be used in baking in exactly the same way as regular flour, which means it can be used to make bread, tortillas, cakes, or whatever else it is you want to make.

 

Another reason it is a unique carbohydrate is that it’s healthy and tastes amazing. Often you find yourself having to compromise on taste to allow for a good flavor but not with einkorn.
